Bookings
A seat or party is confirmed when payment succeeds through our checkout. The event page lists the price, time, studio, age, and what is included. That listing is the booking you are purchasing.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Artist People does not store full card numbers. Gift certificates are one-time use until the balance reaches zero and are non-refundable.
Changes and cancellations
If Artist People cancels an event you paid for, we refund the payment or contact you about a credit. To change or cancel a booking you made, use the party request form or the phone number for the studio on your confirmation. The studio you booked decides the change.
At the studio
Supplies are included unless the event listing says otherwise. No painting experience is required. Paint-and-sip nights that are BYOB are for guests 21 and older, and guests are responsible for what they bring. Kids classes, camps, and kids parties follow the age on the listing.
Website
Photos, class artwork, and text on artist-people.com belong to Artist People LLC or the guests and artists who created them. Do not copy them for another business. Optional analytics cookies are described in the privacy policy.
