Cancellations — If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, you will receive store credit.
Arrival — Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to catch up on their own. Reservations are not refunded for late arrivals or no-shows.

We offer one make up class at the End of the session, just incase if you miss class. You will get a full refund, if you cancel 10 days before your starting date - after cc and refund processing charges. After that, we can provide store credit.
